Tap the Settings icon

then Bible Link, then Edit, then scroll
down and tap Logos (App). The Edit Bible Link
screen should open. Tap the second row (containing the link), and replace the vertical
bar character,'|', with '%%7C'. The fixed URL should read
libronixdls:jump%%7Cref=bible.%@(Note that the percent sign is repeated.) Ensure that there are no trailing blanks at the end of the URL. Tap Done, then Done again, then back out of Settings.
