Rom 8:28.   And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. Ps 119:71.   It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn thy statutes. 2 Cor 4:15-18.   For all things are for your sakes, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of God. For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. 1 Cor 15:54-57.   So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Rom 5:9.   Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. Rom 8:1.   There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 1 Thess 1:10.   And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.
